George from Royal Concrete Resurfacing is knowledgeable, experienced, polite, caring, helpful and provides unrivaled customer service. There are no shortcuts with George. He is always available on the phone, will come to the job site to answer questions and provides the customer with options and solutions. George cares about the customer and the after sale experience. He will not recommend a concreting solution if that solution is not suitable for your needs - even if his profit margin is greater. BEST YET!!!!!!. I had to deal with many contractors during the refurbishment of my house, prior to sale. George and Royal Concrete Resurfacing was the VERY BEST. They were timely, professional and the quality was great. Some Dickhead drove on the new driveway and stuffed up an area but George provided support, suggestion on repair and supply details to fix. This man is one of a very rare breed of old fashioned service contractors that I used to deal with years ago. A pleasure to have known him. Thanks.

I was warned that many contractors in George's area of service perform very poorly. I have to say that cannot be said about George. He personally did the work with an assistant and farmed nothing out to others. He was prompt, courteous, informative and completely tradesman-like throughout in repairing and re-surfacing our driveway. Dealing with him has been a pleasure, the attention to detail was obvious and the outcome was our complete satisfaction with a quality job. A very refreshing experience.

I have a 40year old cracked driveway. I contacted George to see if he did concrete driveway repairs, but although he could not help me with this job he gave me his valuable time and advice over the phone so that I could do a home repair, including products to use and what to do. I first contacted George from Royal Concrete Resurfacing for a quote and to find out if my driveway which has a deep stencil and a number of cracks could be resurfaced. I took George's suggestions and accepted his very reasonable quote for the job. He further recommended a Sandblaster to clear my driveway of paint etc. prior to George resurfacing my driveway. A date was given to do the job, he and his crew arrived at the stated time and completed the job in one day, very professional in everything they did, explained what they were doing throughout the procedure and left me with a beautiful driveway with a colour that matched other accessories of my house. Totally impressed as they left my premises clean. Thank you George and Team.

I can’t tell you how happy we are with the finished results and the crew. We were actually thinking of ripping out our slab and putting in a new one but they managed to save it and make it look better than new. Don’t waste your time getting other quotes, George and the crew are extremely trustworthy and experts in their field, cheaper is not better! He explained everything to us in detail and has an excellent attention to detail. If you want trustworthy people who love what they do, call them.
