A fleck finish is a speckled surface rather than a single uniform colour. The fleck is sprayed into the surface as part of the same cement-based coating, so it is not a layer sitting on top and it will not lift or shed.

Same finish, same performance
- A fleck finish is the same product as a plain finish: textured and non-slip at P5, UV stable so it will not yellow or fade, only a few millimetres thick, and it lasts around twenty years.
- It works on driveways, paths, patios, pool surrounds and carports.

Our Fleck Finish Process
Like every job, we start with a pressure wash and mask up walls, garage doors, garden beds and pool fencing. After filling up the cracks, the fleck finish is sprayed on in the colour and combination of your choice, with the speckle incorporated directly into the coating rather than added later, and sealed. Grinding isn’t part of our standard process, except where a surface needs old paint or a previous coating removed first. The finish stays a few millimetres thick, so there’s no height change at your doors, gates or garage. Most driveways take two to three days start to finish depending on size and weather, and we’ll confirm a firm timeframe once we’ve seen the job.
